Sizing
What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes from 0–12 months all the way to 8–10 years. Our size guide on each product page helps you find the perfect fit based on your child's age and measurements.
How do I know which size to pick?
We recommend going by your child's age as a starting guide, then checking the measurements on the product page. If your child is between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a comfortable, roomy fit.
Fabrics & Care
What fabrics do you use?
We use natural fabrics including, organic cotton, linen, four-layered muslin, pure silk and cotton interlock. All our fabrics are gentle on your little skin.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely! All our fabrics are free from harmful substances. We use skin-friendly, fabrics that are safe even for newborns.
Care Instructions
How do I care for my child's garment?
Each product comes with specific care instructions on the label and product page. Generally, cold machine wash on gentle cycle, line dry in shade, and iron on low heat works well for most of our fabrics.
Do your clothes shrink after washing?
Our garments are pre-washed before they reach you, so minimal shrinkage is expected. Following the care instructions on each label ensures they stay in great shape wash after wash.
Shipping
What is your shipping policy?
We ship across India with Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹10,000.
A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below ₹10,000. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship only within India. We take wholesale/bulk international orders, please reach us by filling Wholesale form in our website. We're working on expanding our reach — stay tuned to our newsletter for updates on international shipping.
Exchanges & Returns
What is your exchange policy?
We offer a 3 working day exchange window from the date of delivery. Simply email us at info@dressthekid.com with your order details and reason for exchange. We'll guide you through the process with care.
Can I return a product?
We currently offer exchanges rather than refunds. If there's a defect or quality issue, we'll always make it right. Reach out to us and we'll find the best solution for you.

How can I apply for wholesale?
We'd love to partner with you! Visit our Wholesale page and fill in the application form. Our team reviews applications within 3–5 working days and will reach out with next steps.
What are the minimum order quantities for wholesale?
Minimum order quantities and pricing details are shared after your application is reviewed and approved. Every partnership is tailored to work best for both parties.
